Since having glandular fever last year, I have struggle with getting my energy back. My doctor recommended trying it as a cheaper alternative to xango ($60 a bottle) and health food store alternatives after her own daughter suffered the same symptoms. Now after taking BEROCCA for now about 6 weeks, I have noticed in the last couple of weeks that I have more energy and am no longer always feeling lethargic. Taken in the morning, as a pinky tablet in water - it gives me a boost. People have even noticed my increase in energy :) Well done Berocca!

Although many people know about this place, I recently discovered it. Basically a bulk Asian Supermarket, its full of all sorts of great things. I picked up a giant bag of Jasmine tea - just like the tea you get at the restaurants. Plus also managed to get rice bowls, sauce dishes, and a tea pot. Even cuter were sample teas in mini caddies (awwww). My flatmate Lianne once bought sticky buns with red bean in them. I went for the BBQ pork ones, but was slightly disappointed as it was just flavoured, no hidden BBQ pork inside.
Anyway great place, very cheap, and a lot of variety! Lots of fun to be had in there!

I have never tried Berocca. Maybe I should.
Matt got up at 7.30 today (on a Saturday).... and I was looking rough. I made him a muffin split (stuck it in the toaster, took it out, slathered some honey on it and put it in his hand as he walked out the door).
So I was up REALLY early, and yet I STILL managed to be late to meet Ange and Cass for shoppin :) But that was mainly cause I stopped by the Insidious Fix sale and got carried away..... Knitwear! Yay!

I like Hairy Lemon. It's kind of like Berocca 'cept tastes nicer (in my opinion anyway).
You can only buy it at the chemist, it's choice as.
